People can't follow leaders they can't see.  That's our starting point. The term "militia" has been maligned, abused, and dismissed as a historical relic by those who cannot--or refuse to--understand and internalize the uniquely American ethos of self-reliance and determination. We aim to fix that--pun intended.

The Virginia Militias is a decentralized, distributed network of local constitutional militias organized by county. Each militia belongs to a county, which serves as the jurisdiction of that militia. While each county’s militia is unique, the Virginia militias do share certain core values that define what a Constitutional Militia is.
